- Preconstruction
- Development (Assist, Finance, Programming)
- Permitting Assistance
- Construction Management (at Risk or as Agent)
- Lump Sum General Contracting
- Design-Build
They are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead diverse and high-profile construction projects, ensuring success from preconstruction to final delivery.
About the Role:
As a Superintendent, you’ll be the on-site leader managing all field operations. You’ll oversee subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, and maintain schedules and budgets to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day construction activities and field personnel.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permitting requirements, and quality standards.
- Monitor progress to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Resolve on-site issues swiftly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent, ideally in commercial, healthcare, retail, or education projects.
- Strong understanding of construction management processes and tools.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and specifications.
- Experience with scheduling software and construction management platforms.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
